For decades the conversation has been about the body. Muscles, alignment, breath, fascial connections, spinal articulation. And that foundation isn't going anywhere. But the instructors who are pulling ahead right now — the ones getting remarkable results, building reputations that spread by word of mouth, attracting clients who've been everywhere else — they've added a layer most people haven't touched yet. They understand how vision affects movement. How the vestibular system drives stability. How the nervous system decides what's safe to do and what isn't. That's not a niche specialty anymore. That's where the whole industry is heading. And the difference between getting there early and arriving late is significant.
