McEntire Small Group Classes are intentionally capped at five participants so you’re seen, supported, and coached—not lost in a crowded room. These are thoughtful sessions where movement is guided, corrected, and progressed with care, blending Pilates principles with brain-based strategies for safer, smarter, and more effective results than large, fitness-style reformer classes.
