The BrainSpeed Ball: Built to Train the Brain

I needed a tool that could train the brain inside a normal Pilates session. I couldn't find one — so I built it.
That's how the BrainSpeed Ball came to exist. I wasn't trying to create a product. I was trying to solve a problem. I needed something simple enough to fit into any session, playful enough that clients wouldn't feel like they were doing rehab, but neurologically powerful enough to actually move the needle. And what I kept coming back to was something most of us did as kids — tossing and catching. But I needed it to do more than move. I needed it to make the brain work. So the BrainSpeed Ball is covered in letters and numbers — not for decoration, but as targets. Your client isn't just catching a ball. They're tracking a specific letter. Calling out a number. Making split-second decisions while their body is moving. That combination — vision, reaction, cognition, coordination — all happening simultaneously — is exactly how the brain builds new patterns fast. And with hundreds of game variations, no two sessions have to look the same. Clients don't feel like they're doing drills. They feel like they're playing. And that's when the brain is most open to change.
I built the BrainSpeed Ball because no tool existed that could do this without disrupting the flow of a session. And now it's one of the first things I reach for.
