Think about it — every cue you give is a sensory input. Every environment you create in your studio is shaping your client's nervous system. Every drill, every correction, every moment of stillness — the brain is responding to all of it. You've been influencing the nervous system from day one. So the question isn't whether you're working with the brain. You already are. The real question is whether you're doing it intentionally. Because when you understand what the brain actually needs to change movement patterns — and you start making deliberate choices about sensory input — the results accelerate in ways that feel almost out of proportion to the effort. Small inputs. Big shifts. Faster than you'd expect.
