Arcus Warranty

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty on eye bolts

 

One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all wooden components and eye bolt anchoring system

 

McEntire Pilates warrants that all new Arcus equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to

the terms below.

 

Equipment must remain in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase demonstrated

 

This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

 

This warranty shall be null and void if:

  • All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals and courses are not followed.

  • The equipment is stored in any way other than hanging symmetrically from two eye bolts

  • The equipment is used for any purpose other than as intended

  • The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper handling, or any modification not authorized by McEntire Pilates.

 

At its option, McEntire Pilates will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to McEntire Pilates within the part-specific warranty period.

 

Arcus Refund / Exchange

Returns and refunds are for items purchased directly from McEntire Pilates.

 

Arcus equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components.

 

Each Arcus is made to order.

 

Arcus may not be returned for a refund. All sales are final.

 

We will repair or replace defective equipment per the product warranty. If we choose to repair or replace your equipment, this may require that your equipment be returned for inspection and analysis prior to sending out replacement product.
