Movement Possibilities.

Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle Speaks About Arcus.

Experience the living architectural curves of Arcus, and how it powerfully supports your body's functional spiral rhythms... how your arms and legs connect through your shoulder and pelvic girdle to your "primal breathing spine"! You will learn to sense the curves of Arcus, transferring this more functional, spatial sensation to how you use the traditional straight Pilates bar...with deeper awareness and ability!
